What an extraordinary year this has been for Stony Brook School…
Thanks to the unwavering advocacy, dedication, and deep love from our community, we were selected as the very first participant in the City of Boston’s Commercial Acquisition Assistance Program (CAAP)—a landmark initiative designed to help small businesses secure permanent commercial property and achieve long-term stability. We are endlessly grateful for this opportunity and for the remarkable community that made it possible.
Securing a permanent home for our school has been a true labor of love. Since going under contract in May, we have worked closely alongside lenders, engineers, contractors, architects, and city officials to complete our due diligence, assemble complex financing, and fulfill every zoning and safety requirement for our children. Currently, we are completing the engineering and architectural processes necessary to submit our permitting and begin the buildout phase to ready our new space. Stay tuned for more updates as progress continues!
